How can I purchase products on Online Shop?
Buying a product is a simple 3 + 1 step process.
1. Browse through the products and add items you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
2. Sign-in and confirm the delivery address.
3. Make the payment.
4. Get the products delivered at your doorstep.
Payments are made through a secure payment gateway and you will be given an acknowledgement for all transactions. Once an order is submitted a unique order number and a transaction number is provided, which can be used to track or query the order. You will also get a separate mail on the status of your order.
How exactly can I place an order at Metalmate’s E-Shop ?
Choose the item that you wish to purchase, click on "Add To Cart" button followed by “Checkout” button to make the online payment. Soon, you would receive an order confirmation email from us. This email contains your order and shipment details
Do I need to register for doing shopping through Metalmate E-Shop ?

Can I phone or fax my order?
No, orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you.
Are there any hidden costs such as taxes, convenience charge etc other than what is mentioned on the E-shop?
No, there are no absolutely no hidden charges.
Are the items shipped as per the display on webpage?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Metalmate will make all possible efforts to make its services delightful for its customers.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We send you confirmation email after your order has been shipped. You can also track your order status online by logging into the courier agency’s website

How can I make the payment?
Payment is made through a secure payment gateway. You can pay using Debit card / Credit card / Net banking.
Are my transactions safe?

Will I get any receipt for the payment?
Once the transaction is completed, the summary and status of the transaction is displayed immediately. You will also get an acknowledgement mail with all the details of the transaction as soon as the transaction is completed .
What if I don't get the status of the transaction, after I made the payment due to certain network problems or power failure or other issues?
The payment gateway reconciles such transactions on a weekly basis and the money will be refunded to your account within 15 working days. In case faster resolution is desired or any other issue is observed you can always drop an email to us with such transaction details like your name, mobile number, date and time when the transaction was done and your bank statement. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
Do I get an order number on buying a set of items?
After you have added items to the cart and made the payment you will get a transaction reference number for the payment. You will also get an Order number for all the items in the cart. You can quote this order number to know the status of the order.
When will my order be delivered?
The shipping time is mentioned in each product description and can be accessed before making a decision to purchase the respective product.
Do I need to show any proof of identify at the time of delivery?
This will be just like any other online order that gets delivered to you. You will have to sign and give your contact number to the courier company as acknowledgement of the product received.
Can I cancel the order after the transaction is completed?
No. Once the transaction is completed, you cannot cancel the order.
What is an order number?
For all the items in the cart, you will get a unique order number. You can quote this number for tracking all the orders or while contacting Customer Care.
